Hi Dogboy. Agree well said.
1. Michelmoron is out the door, big plus there. Should not have got the job in the first place. The guy is a legend in his own lunch box, Hopefully chinese will chisel away on that big chip on his shoulder.clown!

2. BC should have gone as well (MR Bombastic), should go long before next AGM, not up to the job! he can stay on Toll's board

2. Disclosure needs to change/improve dramatically.

3. New CEO to put out the strategic direction of the company.

4. What commodoties will it engage in (copper & Gold Only?)

5. Need to know their Balance sheet very well, not like AM who did not have a clue about the debt level (my opinion) and i reckon i am right.

6. Only take directors that are not trying to get on to as many boards as possible for their own benefit first. E.g. Cusack & mansell.

7. CEO that understands shareholders own the company, something that Michelmoron did not think so.
