It's a big big call to use someones personal name on social media without their approval. It's designed as a threat, primarily, an attempt at intimidation. Everyone can see it, there it is in print.
I've never seen anyone do that before on social media, I may as well be Frank or Arthur because it actually means little to me, but it does speak volumes about how you operate. To use Zandras casino analogy, it's dealing from the bottom of the pack. But then perhaps the deck has always been marked?
