This is the last response I will give you. You do not issue a timeline to production if you know that it is possible to not meet those target dates. You certainly don't do the same thing the following year. Then with a few months to go before xmas, you do not announce "offtakes before xmas".

If you make these Ann's to shareholders and the general public, you must ensure that you have actually achieved them. Then make the Ann.

Its different to say that they are forecasts and come at a risk etc but these things were issued as definitive and without any apology or retraction after non achievement.
Those Ann's pushed the sp to circa 40c. And people had confidence that this stock is off and running. So years later, it is still floundering.

Quite frankly, those Ann's and others push the "misleading shareholders" category.
