Scottm - I agree. The FS net outcomes dont appear very impressive at all. Wolf Minerals went into production with a supposed OPEX of around $130 and then ran into both archaeological problems, environmental problems and community backlash - and look how that ended.
One interesting point I noted in their report is that KIS engaged PSM to design a "seawall membrane" - good luck with that one ! Didnt King Canute try something similar. Too much of both RISK and EXPENSE for me.
Looking forward to our FS outcomes - I believe they will be quite impressive
