EQR is looking to be a top class investment to hold long term. I only hold 2 stocks the other being GWR both up around 20% Today. Both just starting mining and small caps with huge upside. Followed both stocks for many years, EQR's public relations lately with our new Management team is World Class, with some brilliant presentations. The Quarry is a huge advantage over other Tungsten Company's and reduces mining costs while creating huge cash flow from a waste material. I sold all my TGN shares to buy EQR at these massive undervalued prices. EQR is my pick for the best value for money at the moment as I bought most of GWR from 5.5 cents to 10 cents. All my buying lately has been SEI now EQR as I only buy shares that may rise 5 times from my buy in price. It is nice to hold shares in the green, where the biggest mistake would be selling to early. I will be holding long term in 2 years time the share price will be a multi bagger, good luck to all long term holders. You have many many good posters here once Company's are established and going well, I prefer to be a silent investor watching my investment grow just like GWR I no longer post there as they are established and going strong .I am happy only having 2 stocks before I was all in on one which was more risk. Management is the Key if they have skin in the game and continue to buy it is a great sign. EQR,s latest Management team is the reason I bought back in and continue topping up. CHEERS
