NT tragics will know of the Amaroo phosphate deposit ~200km SE of Tennant Creek.
VRM:ASX is proposing to develop it into a major ammonium phosphate producer of 1mt of DAP a year. It would use a lot of gas; nearest producer CTP. Yes, this is five years away. Let me dream.
CTP ally IPL will be watching this carefully. Amaroo is big, shallow and reasonable grade. 'Only' 100km to NT gas, rail, highway artery. Might want to buy that.
