Agree ralli. This and other projects were going nowhere under Mutharika and DPP (unless the suit case of U.S. dollars i mentioned arrived).
Astonishing the graft - we knew of some graft and corruption but this is disgusting - jail the lot of them. Clearly shows the new govt will be delivering on campaign promises. Best thing ever for Malawi and its long suffering poorer population.
