Entirely predictable to see sgh rejecting any move for a statutory requirement that at least half the proceeds should be distributed to clients at the Law Reform Commission hearings . This area of the law is a bonanza for the firms which specialise in it as we all know. They wish to perpetuate the situation which MB is in vis a vis themselves as defendants in our CA.
