Sounds reasonable. Call me an optimist but I can see this happening (dividends would happen sooner without the talons of the hedge funds firmly around the sgh neck).

If it did happen the sinister vulture would transmogrify into a white knight ... they may even earn a reputation as saviours of self-imploding basket cases which could be worth a huge amount to them.
