The fraudulent misrepresentation case is five years away. The escrow case is much sooner and if SGH wins 100% goes directly to AC. The court may find in both cases as AG proclaimed that SGH did not rely on Quindell financials but their own DD. Shareholders need to think about who is going to pay WTG damages and legal costs if SGH loses.
