AC have the power to manipulate things their way.
Inside the rules of course.
Having said that it will still be in their best interest to make SGH AU very profitable midterm (1-3 years). I wouldn't be surprised to see some small dividends at some stage.
However, they don't need that large profit as yet as they cannot sell their shares as yet.
