It really isn't too late for Novonix to get their shit together.
I think it's only the beginning.
Although I was a bit shocked with the management changes, geographically with COVID it makes sense for Greg and Phil to step back.
Now we have Chris and the Admiral to oversee operations from the "ears to the ground" standpoint.
I'd say also having Jeff Dahn's son being elevated as the lead in the lab, would allow Chris to focus more on the business side of the company along with Nick.
It really isn't too late for Novonix to get their shit together....
