The new Tesla cell will most likely be going into the new models, such as the Tesla Semi and Cybertruck, which can be designed from the ground up
to accept the new format and can best utilise the superior performance of the batteries. But Tesla still needs graphite for the Fremont cells and maybe also the new cells(it hasn't been confirmed what percentage of the cell is graphite) so there is still the possibility of using Novonix graphite
