Aaaaaar it's great to be alive on this wonderful wet, stormy, yet not so cold Perth morning.

Also good to see discussion is alive and well on the AAR forum overnight.

It appears that there are difficulties in really understanding what people are actually saying or meaning to say in their posts due to the written internet word not being the best vehicle for conveying the tone and humour contained within.

That being said, we do our best to convey our thoughts.

My thoughts are normally very simple. I don't always get them across in the best possible way and even people who know me reasonably well have take more meaning out of words that I have used than what was really intended.

Quite often my thoughts have been read as being very bullish along the lines of:

    "BUY BUY BUY YOU DUMMIES!"

When in fact it was more often meant as:

"If you have a little spare cash that you won't really miss for the next 10 years or so then it might be worthwhile having a shot at investing in this little company as it may just, if the moon turns blue, give you a rather reasonable return on your investment but only if you are up for that sort of risk taking lifestyle". :-)

It just hasn't apparently come across that way when written quickly in a post. Oh well, as someone I know very well always says "You can't help bad luck". :-)

My thoughts on AAR at the moment are still very simple.

    I like the companies projects.
I like the idea that Feysville may provide us with a nice bit of quick cash in the near future.
I like the fact that it may contain a little more than 50,000oz.
I like the fact that it may be a relatively easy earn.
I like the fact that commodity prices look as though they are on the rise.
I like the fact that Directors are hopefull that the recent upgrades to resources and success with metalurgy will mean Koongie will be feasible to progress to mining.
I like the fact that Directors are preparing for the next year by looking for a couple more Directors to help spread the expected increase in workload that moving towards being a miner will bring.
I like that fact that they are actually doing something albeit small on Victoria River Downs.
I like the fact that they have also for the first time in their life put a timeframe on when some more information will be available. (November 2009)

There are a lot of positives here.

I still believe that because of all of the above, November 2009 is crunch time for AAR. If they deliver the good news that we are expecting, on time, not hidden and not worded like the world is coming to an end, then little aar might suddenly become BIG AAR and all will be right in the world. (well for me at least) :-)

If they don't then I guess the AGM will be fiery and this little duck will be looking for the best possible option for extracting as much of my investment as possible in a timely and hopefully not so damaging to my overall finances manner.

One can only take so much before enough is enough. :-)

Smiley faces people, see the smiley faces. This post was written with much joy and happiness.
