    Hi @silvahman - we are not sure if CAU is a shell company for the purpose of enrichment of the founders.

    There has been no evidence of any business activity since IPO.

    Perhaps you can deep-dive and find some signs of life but so far:

    No doctors prescribing their products
    No signs of importing any products
    No manufacturing/ cultivation/ partnering with any significant medical groups

    We think we may have been conned into an empty-shell-idiot-trap but we are waiting for confirmation.
