The top 2 also got 20 million shares each for NOTHING.

How much did the investors here pay for their shares, a hell of a lot more than nothing and also nowhere near the 20 million amount.

These guys do not care about the company, this is an example of treating the Australian retail investors like an ATM. They are just importing product to sell, thats it, not rocket science, why they get this salary , and this % of the company is mindblowing, this is how you legally rob people.

This company seems set up to get Cronos and the organisers of the deal money from the australian public. What is this company doing? importing product, that is all, what experience to the founders have in this? zero. How much they paying themselves annually ? 3 founders taking over 700k a year from the company, do you think this is giving the company that is just starting a chance to actually stay solvent and survive? No. Its a money grab.
