    The journalist seems to be rewriting the CETO story without realising that you need a wave climate for wave energy convertors.

    Belgium will never have wave power for two reasons:
    a) Its coastline is entirely in the shadow of the British Isles.
    b) The sea depth is too shallow to support significant waves.
