I mentioned to him about Mozambi being in Tanzania and straight away he said " Well there is very little risk in that"

Interesting that those in the sector know exactly what's going on.

Now dealing in Mozambique is a different matter. Think AK -47 on flag = instability.

Tanzania is definitely the hot spot.
