MTpromises doesn't have to disclose failed tender if he considers it not to be price sensitive . The current SP doesn't seem to include any potential PASS contract so legally , he is probably whithin his rights not to disclose tender failure . Adhering to a long term practice , he'll probably only announce it when he has to or not at all .
Seriously think about it . There's an extensive list of winning tenderers and no mention of NAG . I doubt SPARK have made a mistake . Crikey ! ECB won the tender for Migrant Women's Work Experience Program , but SPARK forgot NAG and it's barge . Who would've thought ? LMAO !
