Interesting comments by NAG Director Warwick Grigor in his Weekly Commentary “A few home truths as we embark on 2024” - particularly relevant to NAG.
“Those companies that don’t have the dexterity to change gear will need to make sure that there is serious progress in advancing their existing portfolio of projects, as shareholders will be wary of management that has failed to deliver previously.
The projects and resources might have merit, but if the company is suffering from poor management - like most of them - don’t expect the share price to perform like it did in the previous cycle.”
This is why, IMO, NAG urgently needs a complete management change as they head towards an initial JORC definition.
