I think all is a long shot given turnaround times. And the project appears to be at present underequipped to take vast volumes of material, Maybe NAG comes into play when the easily filled sites in a closer proximity to the operations either reach maximum or suffer the wrath of community engagement or groups demanding "Not in my Backyard."
