One would think that by now there would be a bit of buying in anticipation of a PASS contract . Looks like no-one cares or believes it can happen . Apart from wellie, mogra,nannywanny and BW . Surely a sneaky SPARK pen pusher would buy some ? Inside info ? PASS not gonna happen .
