The Cap Raising presentation sumarises the banking covenants ... can't see any that relate to share price.

I also haven't seen any notifications of major holders selling. (Only the rebalance after the cap raising).

IMO, the major holders are sitting pat, and the SP is being driven by retail investors.

The fact that FKP refused the sale of GasWorks1 to CMW recently implies that the actual FKP business is fine.

(But I'm guessing).
