    Brilliant, Markie- thanks. It's just what I wanted to know.

    So, they demerge Retirement, and then some suitor gets o take over the other bit. Holders get a takeover premium for "FKP General", and still remain holders in "FKP Retirement". :)) That could be good!

    As for now, bears winning.
