EHL finished its current share buyback program last week. But I'm wondering (and mostly joking) whether EHL is now using a different share buy back method.
Specifically, two directors bought EHL shares on market couple of days ago (both at 49.5 cents/sh). Bishop bought 150k shares; Smyth bought 60k shares.
OK, maybe director buying isn't a share buyback method :-)
However, directors buying on market is a good sign, according to Peter Lynch and other classic investment gurus. HC is filled with posts complaining about directors not buying (on market) their company's shares.
