Given we have seen the revenue of Freshtel declining and due to a complete lack of specific revenue detail disclosed where do you see it's revenue and thus profitibility coming from in the short to medium term???
They are spending $10M PA essentially on Opex. At 50% margin they will need $20M Revenue, a $17M increase over the current piddling $3M revenue. If they had a 50% PA growth rate, it would still take 5 years to break even and another $29M in losses or another 2-3 Billion shares at the current SP.
The new guys coming on board are either complete idiots or they have a plan, one which I think will preclude ordinary shareholders.
It's a jungle out there.
