I was getting slightly paranoid about this one based on the trading pattern but on reflection it really just is following the pattern of the GDX.
Got no answers for tomorrow morning. Gold is in a strange spot. I don't think the bottom is anywhere near being in and if they need to liquidate some more it will go down again until it has the sharp bounce back like it did recently. GDX looked to flatten out a little late yesterday morning but it could have just been a late rally.
As a ST trader you may be able to pick it - it is very hard though as the pattern with the Goldies has seen the US drive the bounce and if you aren't holding overnight the rip normally comes at pre-open and you miss the bulk of it.
For LT trading i think you really just have to smoke on the pipe because eventually it will be strong.
