Certainly tricky. Seems to me that we got around this in the previous trials by applying our product to people suffering intractable ulcers - the only difference between "before and after" being the use of Vitrogro. Seemed quite sound to me at the time but didn't fit with he revised definition of a biologic.
Nevertheless it's effect was mostly positive - so i remain hopeful despite the power of placebos.
