Here we are from the 30th of September bumping along at 3 cents, and 3 cents can't buy a sweet. The frustration of share holder value has dwindled like a long night of unrest. But like many thing out of the cold of night, the pig swilling excesses of the past, comes a cleansing of new opportunity. Maybe a ticker name change to celebrate the dawn, though the the clock is ticking, the market has leveled, will ECT be true to its word and start delivering ?
