I picked up on the potential for CSL112 last year. If it passes all the trials and is found to be preventer of future heart attacks, the US, Japanese and European market size (with an aging population) suggests that this drug could have a substantial material effect on revenue, and EBIT.
$150 is certainly not out of the question, (and he is probably being a little conservative)
