I get it. You are ramping your speculative play Arafura and trying to generate some interest. But utt is a pretty obvious pump you are trying to dress up with some poorly reasoned and weak arguments.

If, as you say, the MtK conversion is a sure thing then this has already been largely priced into the stock as pointed out by mikaj. So it isn't a 'problem' at all.

You are quite right That arafura has options for raising money but both would see massive dilution of existing share holders. Either they raise the $860 million through a straight share issuance (good luck with that) which sees them diluted out worse that a potential lynas dilution. Since these capital raisings are generally done at a discount 10c would probably be at the high end.

If they bring in a partner who will most certainly take a cut of any profit further weakening share holders. And that is before they make one ounce of ndpr.

Maybe someone will lend them the money but i can't see it being at favorable terms.
