a new mining services star rises.

WOR has been a fantastic growth stock over the past 2 years (the shareprice has risen more than six fold), but the stellar performance suggests a more sedate couple of years ahead as the stock needs to consolidate at it's dizzy P/E multiple of 33.

But just as one star (of the mining services sector) has seen it's brightest period already, another star is just entering a period of rapid EPS growth, coupled with P/E growth as it emerges from an abnormally underpriced region caused by accounting writedowns over previous years.

Watch out for CCI Holdings (CHL), a small company with huge potential.

Already the stock has outperformed the all ords, and achieved shareprice growth greater than 50% over the past 12 months, but this is only the beginning.

The stock earned 1.1cps for 6 months in it's first report free from abnormal non cash writedowns for 3 years, putting it on a paltry P/E of 9.5 at 21c.

The stock is looking forward to 5 years of strong growth, as it gets paid for it's coal testing services on a per tonne basis. Every major coal port in Australia, and many large coal mines are expanding to facilitate the growth in demand for both metallurgical and steaming coal exports. CHL has an unrivalled position in this market having 50% of the market cornered and having contracts in place with BHP, RIO, Anglo, MCC,CEY etc etc.

The smartmoney is predicting EPS of 4-5c within 2 years and an upgrade to a P/E of 15-20 on the inherent growth in their marketplace.

Do the numbers, this gives a price target of 60c - $1, and a potential 6 fold increase in the stockprice from it's level of earlier this year.
