a new more exciting year has started!

All's quiet on the western front with no activity.

There is a lot of things that will happen on the next quarter which will create some excitement.

1. We still await the Judges decision on whether Tinkerbelle enterprises must sell off the 9.2% of CMI ordinary shares. (great to see some insto buy that parcel to force a wind up)
2. The Trojan court case is scheduled for the 19th March. (Good luck to Troy, lets hope for a wind up!)
3. A half year trading update is due (I suspect profit will be significantly up on both divisions & the cash balance will be around $23m)
4. We are still awaiting as to what the board is doing about the Vendor Loan which was reportedly in arears
5. And as suspected the board will advise no A Class dividend in February (again!)

The next three months will definately be Interesting Times!
