I think you are right with the offer to buy out the A Class shareholders but I can't see how they could get Troy to back off anything lower than $1.20!
It would not surprise me if the Board has already engaged with Parties that are interested in buying part if not all of CMI. That way they can control what the price paid to A Class would be.
With the history of this board, they could sell the Ordinaries at a significantly high price and have the buyer offer a lower price say around $0.80c
Nothing would surprise me with this mob.
As for the NTA, it is based on the rules and in fact is irrelavent. What creates value is the cashflow. what has held both SP's down is taht the boardis doing nothing with it.
