Sandong is not "on track" and they are not an alternative to Chinese supply simply because of that fact - Sandong is late to the stage by about 3 years and they have been saying its opening is 2 mths away for the last 6
2 years is more likely to be the time frame that they can contribute meaningfully and profitably to western non Chinese supply
I think Lewis must have employed someone full time to dig up these guys (research house, financial media and other wannabe's) and peddle their crap
