As a keen follower of SGQ I've been eying off RVR's ground in the cambridge area for a couple of years and waiting to see if they would do anything with it. I'll be interested to see what the new RVR management's plan is. Obviously it's one their radar since they've aquired more ground in the area. Certainly a hit from St George might rub off nicely on them.
I have to say the boring corporate announcements are a breath of fresh air though. It looks like they are running a very lean operation. Only 70k admin costs projected for next quarter, CEO and director salaries some of the lowest I've seen ($145k for a CEO and $24k for a director). Given they all have substantial shareholdings it looks like they actually intend to create wealth for themselves through share price appreciation. A novel concept in the small cap sector ;)
Sentiment is LT Buy because I'm still doing my research, but definately has some unique factors that pique my interest.
