read Hangseng's, Vintage's and BinBin's posts for fundamental info as well as Hartley's reports on the PEN website.
Technical wise anything under 8 cents if your greedy, although 8.1 aint too bad. If you look at the volume on the chart post japan some smart cookies cleaned up real good then and since then, anytime the share price goes under 8 it gets scooped up again.
Nothing to say the share price won't go lower again, if for example the moon collides with the earth or something !!
