Big Pharma collectively puts their knee on the throat of any new science that is likely to dilute their ‘gravy train of revenue,’ and is ably assisted by the lumbering bureaucracy of approval that insulates them across the globe. Everybody wins except the people with hideous & painful medical conditions. The aim is to provide ongoing pain relief rather than a cure ……the cost of ongoing pain relief is the recipe for the gravy train. An appalling paradigm …..but will never be disrupted by those who are powerless to do so.
