I do agree with your comments, however in relation to next upgrade, any potential buyer is factoring this speculation into their offer. Market is aware of
next upgrade 700 - 1000Pj even though it is yet to be confirmed. VPE (neighbour of SHG at Lacerta) has been touting SHG's reserves at Lacerta
at 1.1 Tcf and ABN Amro have also indicated 700 - 1000 Pj remembering 80% of 3p reserve upgrades to 2p in CSM.

Any offer will kick off the 'Dutch auction' that will ultimately decide our fate.
SHG's 5o% partner in Tilbrook and Paranui, WCL, is being accumulated also. This would be a prudent thing to do if you were targeting SHG don't you think?

Here's hoping all estimates re: upgrade have been conservative, and that we get a pleasant surprise. :) :)
