There is a lot different with RES these days.
In the past 12 months, RES seemed to give up gains as fast (if not faster) than it could make them.
Sellers would jump on as soon as there was the smallest of rises.
It now seems that the buyers are having to meet the sellers demands.
A new RES is born - long may it continue.
