Great buying Psi 81. I started to get in around 11.5c and bought into the breakout.
I have been in and out of this but have retained a core holding primarily in my super fund. Interestingly with respect to my own Retirement Village Interests I am finding the market quite resilient at present notwithstanding the soft property market. Since Sept 2011 we have had very solid sales.
People need to make the move at some point with health drivers and the demographics are undeniable. You just need the right products in the right places at the right prices and I will back Simon to get this right.
