I have been thinking about how the IP will be allocated between the mining and water businesses. it's always been my understanding that the core ion exchange IP was applicable to both mining (for extraction of metals and cleanup of tailings) and more general water purification as applied in municipal waste water. if the Sunrise entity is truly to be a mining only type enterprise then the IP should remain with the water CleanTeq business with any required IP for the mining operations agreed between the two businesses in order to allow the water/CleanTeq business to freely pursue marketing the mining related technology to other mining customers. any ideas here?
