Yes. All the information so far points to OEMs in the US and Korea with some additional interest from battery manufacturers in China. Friedland has locked in several big partners with the IVAN / SES merger and SES explicitly stated that a major reason for the SPAC merger was to leverage Friedland's mining materials. With OEMs like GM and Hyundai already demonstrating a willingness to invest in next generation battery manufacture it seems reasonable to expect that they will extend their reach further down the supply chain to de-risk their electrification plans. IMO, Sunrise will happen and current share prices will be a distant memory.
