Well it's certainly been a long wait but at last we are back on the ASX.

Had the prospectus actually ended up fully/over-subscribed then it would have been an exciting start today, given that it only went $506 over the minimum i imagine where will be some nervous nellies looking to bail at the first opportunity.

However longer term holders should view this as a positive development as the dilution is some 12M shares less then it could have been, meaning any upward movements should be that bit quicker given that RSL only have 51M shares. Yes addtional capital will have to be raised that bit sooner but at least those shares should be able to be issued at a higher price, say six months down the line.
