The volume being so light it is a hard one to say but the lack of sellers is important (let's hope they are exhausted...). The price chart is now starting to look upwards, just need some volume. For me, it needs to convincingly clear the 4c mark with some good volume and then I will be getting excited.
Interestingly enough if it does clear the 4c mark the volume should come regardless, but of course the fundamentals are the key to heading back to its former heights (...and beyond!).
