I tend to agree with this. It's perhaps too pre-emptive to think it'll be a Turnbull-Modi-ESI love fest next week. The reality is that Niti Aayog have probably not done a single thing with respect to reviewing the project, we've been down the path of "unrealistic expectations" time and time again.
