4. Niti Aayog delay was always about tying in Modi's name to this deal. It's a nice press release for Turbull and Modi.
Not sure if i'm clinging at straws here, but it makes sense in my head that the delays would fit into this narrative. Have to admit, i'm getting nervous if this deal isnt inked in the next month.
