Some more dot joining and although a long shot, i'm optimistic about Turnbull's visit.
1. He is meeting with Adani regarding coal mining Qld.
2. He is has stated meeting with other business leaders but cant release details.
3. ECT fits in with part of the clean coal story, and is Australia based business. You scratch our back (Adani) and we scratch your back (ECT)
4. Niti Aayog delay was always about tying in Modi's name to this deal. It's a nice press release for Turbull and Modi.
Not sure if i'm clinging at straws here, but it makes sense in my head that the delays would fit into this narrative. Have to admit, i'm getting nervous if this deal isnt inked in the next month.
