A New Vision for CTP

·We will instantly re-brand CTP away from its current negative position in institutional capital markets.

·CTP will be recognized as a commercial company.

·Extending and commercializing the Surprise-1 oil discovery will be the key short term priority. We are not bound by the previous shortcomings and disputes over this that appear to be consuming the current Board.

·CTP’s unconventional gas prospectivity has great potential – but needs considerable capital and expertise – our team will bring in the right partners with the right deal(s). We will not rush this as the current Board risks doing.

·We have the ability to procure sufficient capital from domestic and overseas markets remedying the chronic under capitalization that CTP has always faced.

·Non-core assets will not distract from the key focus areas of oil and gas.

·Administration costs and legal disputes will be brought under control.
