    - When will we be privy to the above quoted statement in it's entirety?

    - What guarantees can the alternative directors put forward to back up these statements? I could tell you what you wanted to hear, that does not mean you are going to get what i have told you. We all know this too well.

    - How do they propose to procure sufficient capital and at what cost to shareholders? further dilution?
